Can I return or get a refund for my order?

All sales are final once orders have been shipped. We’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Incorrect shipping details provided

 

What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

We’re really sorry if that happens, we’ll do our best to sort it out for you. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear unboxing video showing the sealed envelope and contents
  • A short description of the issue

 

What happens after I submit my request?

Once we’ve reviewed your request and verified the issue, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no additional cost.

 

Will I receive a refund instead of a replacement?

At the moment, we provide replacements for verified defective or incorrect items, rather than refunds.

 

How long does it take to process a replacement?

Approved replacements are processed within 1–2 working days, and delivery will follow our usual shipping timelines.

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been confirmed.

 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll be happy to assist with resending it. Replacement stickers would need to be purchased again, while shipping will still be covered by us.

 

Do you accept returns for sale items or promotions?

Items purchased during sales or promotions are also considered final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
